Abstract
|
|
|
|
In this dissertation, I will focus on the channel entry, the effect and the treatment throughout books of oriental medicine from ancient to modern in order to classify the medicines of the Spleen as main or supplementary organ. The results are as follows: 1. The medicines which work on the Spleen(Üâíô) chiefly were 38, which were Gingseng Radix(ìÑ߸), Astragali Radix, Hoelen, Atractylodis Rhizoma alba(ÛÜõô), Glycyrrhizae Radix(Êöõ®), Atractyodis Rhizoma(óïõô), Aurantii Nobilis Pericarpium(òçù«), Pinelliae Rhizoma(Úâù¾), Nelumbinis Semen(Ö¥ë¿), Semen Euryacles, Crataegi Fructus, Dolichoris Semen(ø·Ôç), Hordei Fructus Germinatus(Øêä´), Dioscoreae Radix(ߣå·), Paeoniae Radix(ÛÜíËå·), Zingiberis Rhizoma(Ëë˹), Arecae Pericarpium(ÓÞÜÙù«), Cimicifugae Rhizoma(ã®Ø«), Aurantii Fructus(ò¬ÊÃ), Tiglii Semen(÷éÔç), Scirpi Rhizoma(ß²×Ò), Paeoniae Radix rubra(îåíËå·), Amydae Carapax(ܮˣ), (Coptidis Rhizoma(üÜÖ§), Dioscoreae Radix(ê×å·), Amomi Semen(ÞãìÒ), Zingiberis Rhizoma(ßæ˹), Saussureae Radix(ÙÊúÅ), Cinnamomi Cortex Spissus(ë¿Ìý), Myristicae Semen, Alpiniae Fructus(ìÌòªìÒ), Evodiae Fructus(çïë), Caryophylli Flos(ïËúÅ), Agastachis Herba(ΫúÅ), Fructus Piperis Nigri Seu Albi(û×õ¡), Acontii Tuber(ݾí), Alpiniae Officinari Rhizoma(åÐ˹), Fructus Galangae. 2. The medicines which work on the other viscera(öâíô) chiefly were 12, which were Talcum(üÁà´), Bupleuri Radix(ãÃû×), Semen Lepidii Seu Descurainiae, Mori Cotex Radicis(ßÍÛÜù«), Aurantii lmmaturi Pericarpium(ôìù«), Gardeniae Fructus(ö¼í), Forsythiae Frucus(Ö§Îî), Antelopis cornu(Ö¾åÏÊÇ), Alimatis Rhizoma(÷ÊÞá), Epimedii Herba(à¹ÖÄÞ¡), Cyperi Rhizoma(úÅݾí), Rhizome Chuanxiong(ô¹Ïä). 3. medicines, effected on the Spleen functioned through any other viscera were as follows: Talcum(üÁà´) works to treat renal heat Entering the Spleen(ãìæðìýÞ¡) Bupleuri Radix(ãÃû×) works to treat Hepatic Asthenia Entering the Spleen(ÊÜúÈìýÞ¡) Semen Lepidii Seu Descurainiae and Mori Cotex Radicis(ßÍÛÜù«) works to treat Pulmonary gi Entering the Spleen(øËѨìýÞ¡) Aurantii lmmaturi Pericarpium(ôìù«) works to treat Hepatic gi Entering the Spleen(ÊÜѨìýÞ¡) Gardeniae Fructus(ö¼í) and Forsythiae Frucus(Ö§Îî) works to treat Cardiac Heat Entering the Spleen(ãýæðìýÞ¡) Antelopis cornu(Ö¾åÏÊÇ) works to treat Hepatic wind Entering the Spleen(ÊÜù¦ìÑÞ¡) Alimatis Rhizoma(÷ÊÞá) works to treat Hepatic heat Entering the Spleen(ÊÜæðìýÞ¡) Epimedii Herba(à¹ÖÄÞ¡) works to treat Renal asthenia Entering the Spleen(ãìúÈìýÞ¡) Cyperi Rhizoma(úÅݾí) ¿Í Rhizome Chuanxiong(ô¹Ïä) works to treat Hepatic gi Entering the Spleen(ÊÜѨìýÞ¡) In the study of concerning the medicines effected on the spleen, It is considered that it dedicated to development of the medicines related to the spleen and making efficient use of the medicines.
